Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $850 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Any noise related complaints will be taken very seriously and parties will be fined at 2.000$ and an immediate termination of the contract. Respecting the neighbours is our number one priority.
