found at check-in. A photo will be required at check-out for key verification. Lost Doorknob keys, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each.

HOUSE RULES 1. No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the premises, to include smoking of: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, marijuana, etc. Ash trays will not be provided. 2. Please try to keep the place clean and tidy. There will be no room service or house keeping throughout your stay. 3. Bathroom amenities (hair dryer, towel, etc.) and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware) will be available for your use, but please, they are not for guests to take home. Please be courteous and leave them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you :) 4. If something is damaged, please let me know before you check out. It’s not a problem, these things happen :) it's a lot easier for me to coordinate for a repair or replacement the sooner we know. 5. Check In: 4PM, Check Out: 11AM These times can be flexible depending on if there is a guest staying before you.
