*Chalet Hello provides exclusive private access to Dontigny Lake as we are directly located on it. You can enjoy the tranquility, perfect for families seeking immersion in nature.
*Our recently built chalet comprises a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed, a comfortable sofa-bed, one complete bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a welcoming living area, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
*Feel free to bring your furry friend along to roam our property.
*Revel in relaxation with our huge 3 seasons gazebo with cooling.
*Guests will have access to a hot tub, paddle boards.
You have access to the whole chalet and land.

*WINTER*
Depending on the ice conditions, it is possible to skate on the lake. You cannot ice fish on the lake.

- 1h20 from Trois-Rivières
- 2h40 from Quebec.
*****From November to April we recommend a 4WD vehicle with winter tires to get to the chalet, we are not responsible for towing or any other costs****
*CAMERAS*
Please note that we have security camera outside the chalet. In order to respect your privacy, none point to the spa. The cameras is located in front of the chalet pointing the parking. The one pointing the backyard is disconnected. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them. This act will be judged as an attempt to hide something and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund. We also have a sound device to make sure that the sound remains at a respectful level for our neighbours. This does not record conversations.
**Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it**
*TV*
We have smart TVs in the chalet, but we do not offer cable TV.
*WINTER*
The outdoor fireplace is not available between mi-October to mi-may.
*ANIMALS*
One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $500 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.
2. Check-in is possible any time after 4PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noiseaware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.
6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.
7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.
8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.
9. If you forget your personal belongings when you leave, you will be charged a management fee of $50 plus the shipping fee & packaging.
10. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
