Please let us know in advance if you plan on using it during your stay so that we may leave out bedding for you .

Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for guests. One offering a plush full bed and the other has 2 twin sized beds with one being a trundle bed with an additional pull out twin mattress. All rooms boast comfortable bedding and ample storage space. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hall ensures convenience for all.

There are exterior cameras overlooking the front and back doors that record with motion. There is also a doorbell camera at the front door.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this. If you have a service animal, proof of registration is required BEFORE you book.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc we cannot guarantee what will be available.

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.

This property is located in the Whisperwood subdivision in north Lubbock. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining. Texas Tech, UMC and Covenant are just a five minute drive from the property.
Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.

Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We require 24 notice for early check out alterations.
There is a doorbell camera at this property as well as a camera overlooking the courtyard.
House Rules:

- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.
Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
