The property, located in a quiet and panoramic position, is characterized by a large private lawned garden, completely fenced, which overlooks the surrounding countryside, the hills and the beautiful oak woods. The swimming pool, measuring 12x6 with a depth varying from 1.2 to 1.6 meters, is located near the farmhouse in a sunny position with an exceptional panorama. The farmhouse is located on top of a hill (700 meters above sea level), in the upper part of the Chianti hills, an hour's drive from Florence and Siena. The house is located in a position of total privacy and tranquility with a splendid view of the woods and Siena in the distance.
