Welcome to Casa Stella! Surrounded by nature, our vacation rental is the perfect place for those seeking a quiet retreat in serene Costa Rica. Our property is composed of three suites- the main suite houses the living room, dining area, bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, and bedroom. Suites two and three, while located on the property, provide privacy in that they are their own standalone units with bedroom, closet, and bathroom. All suites open up to the main outdoor living space, with a sparkling private pool, patio, and lovely terrace. Our home is ideal for a family trip, couples retreat, business travel, and more!
The nearest town is Villarreal, Where you can find some small restaurants (pizza, smoothies, barber shops, cellphone shops and supermarkets. Villarreal is 12 min away from the property. If you are wanting to venture a bit further out, Playa Tamarindo offers many options for restaurants, bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops, surf shops, etc, and this is 15 min away from the property.
Just up the road you'll find the Black Stallion- Black Stallion is an Eco Park Ranch offering homesites in a private gated community which also offers some super fun activities; the best canopy in the area, beautiful horses, ATV trails and private Gourmet BBQ Restaurant (Reservations Only). We highly recommend visiting during your stay!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel.
- There are security cameras set up outside of the home that are only active in between guest stays when the house is empty. There are no interior cameras whatsoever.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
