The well-kept exteriors feature a 26 m² garden, a private, 5 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth of 0.9-1.10m, where you can refresh. There is a trampoline where your children can play. On the 16 m² porch you may enjoy lazy afternoons while having a drink or chatting to your friends. If you like cooking outside, there is a BBQ.Stylistically, the interiors of this two-storey house are modern and bright, offering a high standard of living. On the ground floor, there is a sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV, an open, well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and a shower bathroom. Your kids will enjoy playing in the children's room, where they will find different toys. If you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair. Upstairs, there is one twin bedroom and two double bedroom. One double bedroom comes with shower bathroom en-suite, changing room and access to a 12 m² terrace. Furthermore, there is a bath with bath tub on the upper floor. Llubi, located in the northern centre of Mallorca, is an authentic, small village. This zone is particularly inhabited by farmers and due to this fact, the landscape is characterized by fields. On Tuesday takes place the weekly market in Llubi, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. By car you can go to the beautiful north coast and to beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente and Formentor. All of them are fine grained, offer amenities like cafés and sun loungers and are nice to practise water sports; for example kitesurfing, windsurfing or diving. Pets are not allowed. Surroundings
Mallorca is the largest island of the Balearic Islands, here you think of beach resorts, but there are more ways to enjoy the coast and inland, especially in autumn and winter, when the large groups of tourists are gone and the temperature is therefore more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week in the Tramuntana mountain range in the west of Mallorca, walking or cycling. Or you visit a winery in the center of the island where you can try local traditional wines. Visit a farm by bike or walking, here you can learn how to make sobrasada or mallorquin pork sausages. You will find great places to eat here.
