Avoid using any oils, lotions, or other substances that may contaminate the water.2. **Hygiene**: Shower before using the spa to help maintain water quality.3. **Drainage Fee**: If the spa requires draining and refilling due to improper use or excessive contamination during your stay, a maintenance fee of [800] will be charged.We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the spa in excellent condition for everyone.-Main renter must sign a waiver upon arriving to the property.- For liability and security purposes, there are external on the main house facing the front door, pool and off the garage. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.-Concierge services available! Charcuterie Boards, Private chef, grocery delivery, and more!Pets are welcome but for a $150 one time fee PER pet and must be remitted BEFORE your check in. Dogs must be potty trained and house broken. Any pet urine stains found from any animal will result in a $250 fee being assessed plus the cost of any damages. Any additional damage done to the house by any animal will be charged full replacement cost and paid 100% by the guest. Any holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired prior to check out or a $150 will be assessed. No exceptions. No candles, glitter, confetti, or plug in air fresheners are allowed. No tape or anything sticky is permitted on the walls or any part of the home. Please do not put nail holes or tape or anything that could damage the walls.Smoking not allowed anywhere on the property. Events are only allowed if APPROVED, a contract is to be signed and a minimum $250 fee will be assessed on top of booking amount. An Additional deposit will be required paid directly to owner of $500.
