Fantastic villa located at Pollença, near the sea, with a lovely swimming pool and views to the forest and the mountains. Will make feel like home 8 guests.
Welcome to this fantastic villa with wonderful outdoors, a grass area that surrounds a chlorine 9m x 3.5m swimming pool, and a depth ranging that goes from 1m to 1.90m, and comfortable hammocks perfect to relax after a swim. You can also find an external shower. Beside all, there is a lovely porch where you can prepare tasty barbecues with your loved ones and, why not? Enjoy a nice glass of wine or cava. If you want to have some fun, there is a ping- pong table. There are direct neighbours, but a lot of privacy as the house is all fenced.
As soon as you go inside the property, you will see a living-room with a fireplace, where you can watch the satellite TV (German and Spanish channels), a DVD film or listen to some music. The equipped vitro hub kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need to prepare your favourite dishes. The house disposes of four bedrooms, all of them with wardrobes and air conditioning, that works from 21:00h to 08:00h. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the rest two single beds each and one of them a bathroom en suite with a shower. There are also another two bathrooms to share at this floor. If you come over during the winter, don't worry, as we will provide you up to 3 radiators. If you come over with babies, there are two cots and a high chair at your service. The property also disposes of a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
The house is located at a quiet area, between the beach and Pollença village, where you will find all the necessary services. We recommend a visit to Calvari chapel. To get to it, you will have to go up 365 steps, one for every day of the year. As is near the Sierra de Tramuntana, is a wonderful area to do some routes hiking or biking. Puerto de Pollença beach is the closest, but dont miss the little idylic coves like Cala Bóquer, Cala Sant Vicenç, or the gorgeous Formentor and Escorca beaches.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
