The entrance opens into a spacious and bright living room, thanks to the many windows that allow natural light to flood the room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa) , perfect for relaxing moments. In the same space we find a dining table that can seat up to six people, ideal for convivial dinners or lunches.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, such as a dishwasher and coffee machine, and everything you need. The spacious granite countertop provides ample space for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners with friends.
The flat has two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe cupboard with a chest of drawers and various hangers. This room is also very bright thanks to two large windows. The second double bedroom, which is equally comfortable, is floored with parquet, like the master bedroom.
The bathroom, decorated with ceramic-effect tiles in shades of brown, is equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower with hydromassage showerhead and bathtub. It also offers several shelves for organising one's personal belongings. The two washbasins are set into a glass shelf, which gives an original aesthetic effect.
Outside, the flat has a covered space that can be used as a veranda, thanks to the opening ceiling. This space is perfect for enjoying the outdoors in all weather conditions.
The entire house is air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment during the warmer months.

By car: The flat is only a 10-minute drive from the customs house. If you are arriving from Italy, from the A9 motorway, take the Monte Olimpino exit and proceed in a north-westerly direction from Via Bellinzona towards Via Mario Bertolone, then drive past the customs. From here set your GPS and you will arrive at the flat.
If you are arriving from Switzerland, from the A2 motorway take the Chiasso exit and set your GPS. In about 10 minutes you will be at the flat.
By public transport: From Chiasso Station go to the bus stop ‘Chiasso, Stazione’ and take bus No. 4 in direction ‘Mendrisio, Cantine di Sotto’ and get off after 5 minutes at the bus stop ‘Chiasso, Boffalora’. From here you will be in front of the flat in 1 minute on foot.
