Each bedroom is decked out with hardwood floors and boasts its very own Smart TV – so everyone can catch up on their favourite shows! High-speed internet flows throughout the house, so you can stay connected and share those envy-inducing vacation pics.
What was once a garage has been converted into a Games Room with air hockey, foosball, billiards, and a big screen TV for endless entertainment. Need some Vitamin D? The back patio overlooks a lush, grassy wonderland with no rear neighbors – total privacy!

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard.
Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles
All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer.
Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

Additional Services:
1. Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
2. We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
3. If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
