Its location is exceptional, in a quiet area of the trendy district of the center of Malaga, known as Soho, the Arts Quarter, and 5 minutes walk from the Soho Theater of Antonio Banderas. It has a large kitchen, very well equipped, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Its beautiful terrace stands out, from which you can enjoy privileged views. Very suitable for couples, groups of friends and families.

All three bedrooms are light and airy, two of them overlooking the spectacular Obey and D*Face murals. It is an ideal apartment to live the intense cultural life of the center, and particularly in the Soho area, but without suffering the noise of the city. Quiet, comfortable and sunny.

–SOHO, NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE ARTS:
It is located next to the Contemporary Art Center, the soul of Soho, the Arts Quarter; and just 5 minutes walk from the Alameda Principal, the emblematic promenade from where Calle Larios starts and from which you can access the popular Atarazanas Market. Also a 5-minute walk away is the Soho Caixa Bank Theater, by Antonio Banderas. It also highlights its excellent communication with the airport (Cercanías train station 1 minute walk) and Ave station (10 minute walk). Its special location allows you to enjoy the historic center, the port, traditional Malaga and also the most current.
–HOW TO MOVE:
It is exceptionally located in the trendy neighborhood of the city center. All monuments, theaters and museums are within walking distance. Just a minute walk from the Malaga-Centro Alameda train station, from which you can quickly reach the airport and different areas of the Costa del Sol, and 10 minutes walk from the Malaga María Zambrano train station and the bus station. Also less than 10 minutes walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station, and the beautiful promenade of the Port, known as the Palm Grove of surprises.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
