Just off of the laundry room is another full-sized bathroom perfect for rinsing away the rest of the sand and spruce needles.
Off of the laundry area, you'll discover the rest of the home's bedrooms. To the right, a door leads to the extremely spacious primary suite which not only has its own en suite half-bath, but also holds a kitchenette with a small sink, coffee station and under-counter refrigerator. Perfect for those who prefer a little extra time to themselves in the morning, this bedroom would be wonderful for your favorite early-riser bookworm who wants nothing more than to make a quick cup of coffee and snuggle back into the king-sized bed with a great novel for a while longer.
A separate entrance from the left side of the laundry area leads to a small sitting area with a futon, cozy chair and television, the perfect spot for a small group of kiddos to create their own memories.
