Welcome travellers to our charming Maltese townhouse situated in Naxxar!
This beautifully preserved gem offers a unique blend of tradition features & comfort.
Our blends is full of Maltese architecture, with exposed limestone walls & original tile floors, alongside modern comforts like a Jacuzzi & an expensive terrace with outdoor furniture.
Complimented to the above, is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large comfy bedrooms and a private entrance.
All rooms are equipped with WIFI & ACs.
NOTE: Our lovely home is situated on 3 levels.
1st Level is kitchen/dining area
2nd Level is a private bedroom with ensuite.
3rd level is a private bedroom with ensuite.
The spectacular roof is on the lst floor with outdoor area, deckchairs, table and chairs and the luxurious Jakuzzi.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A sunny terrace with a private Jacuzzi, loungers, umbrella and table and chairs providing the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, with a double bed. Both of the bedrooms include an ensuite and one with a small private balcony.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms both with a shower. One of them is an ensuite and the guest toilet is accessible from the kitchen/dining area.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
Our apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Naxxar, a beautiful town in the central part of Malta. The area is known for its beautiful countryside and traditional Maltese architecture, and it's a great place to experience the local culture and way of life.
Despite its peaceful location, the neighborhood is still close to all the amenities you need, including supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. You'll find several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, serving delicious Maltese cuisine and international dishes.
And if you're interested in history and culture, there are plenty of interesting sights to see in Naxxar and the surrounding area. Some of the must-see attractions include the stunning Palazzo Parisio, the beautiful Parish Church of Our Lady, and the historic Limestone Heritage Park and Gardens.
The place is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the beautiful island of Malta. There are several bus stops within walking distance of the property, providing easy access to all parts of the island.
If you prefer to drive, there is ample parking available on the street outside the property. It's also easy to rent a car, scooter, or bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the area.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
