On the ground floor is a cozy living room with open kitchen, equipped with all conveniences such as dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee filter machine and nespresso. The toilet can be found behind a portal in the hallway. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with two box-spring beds and a small seating area.
