The Space:
3 bedroom apartment perfect for a family or a group of friends, located in a building with more touristic Apartments, and in a privileged area of Poblenou.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. With a capacity for up to 4 people, it has a very comfortable distribution in 3 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed and two single rooms). The living room is large, spacious and very sunny, it has access to a balcony with a table and two chairs to rest. or have a tea or a glass of wine, it is a quiet, relaxed area, the view from the balcony is the view of the city.
The kitchen is large and equipped, with everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay. The apartment has a large and spacious bathroom with a closed shower with a screen, several people can be in the bathroom at the same time without disturbing each other.
The washing machine is in the bathroom as there is a small washing area.
The apartment is renovated, it is all new and decorated with modern and quality furniture. The Wifi is quality. It is the perfect place for a vacation, a work stay in Barcelona. The metro is very close, there are two different metro lines nearby (red line and yellow line), the buses park a few meters from the apartment door and the tram stops 50 meters from the apartment. You can go to the beach by walking, there are many walking and resting areas in the area, also a very wide avenue to walk.
There is no elevator but there are very few stairs to climb, since the apartment is located on the first floor.

There is a parking lot on Rambla Poblenou, very close to the apartment.
The neighborhood bus has a stop on the corner and goes directly to the beach, but you can also walk to the beach.
There are two different metro stops very close to the apartment.
The tram is less than 100 meters from the apartment
In the area there are many restaurants and bars where you can eat, have breakfast and dinner or eat the typical "tapas"
