It sizes 15 5 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.5 to 2 meters. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds around the swimming pool or enjoy other precious corners in the within where you can relax and disconnect.The 45 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of the building.Inside you will find all comforts for a nice stay. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share a comfortable space. It counts with a comfortable sofa where you can watch the TV Sat and a dining table for 3 people. The Kitchen has a ceramic hob and the basic equipment to cook. The only bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a closet and a fan. The sofa turns into sofa bed for the third guest. A cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. There is a shared laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The apartment is within a property very close to Arta, where you can visit the weekly street market on Mondays and where you will find all services for an independent stay. The property is within the Llevant Natural park, ideal for hikers and nature lovers. You can visit the precious Arta caves or any of the nearby beaches like Cala Mesquida, only 15 kms away.Pets are welcome.The holding of events is forbidden. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
