This former Edwardian grammar school is located in the small town of Leiston and has been thoughtfully converted into a stunning, 3 bedroom holiday home retaining many of its original features including the colourful hand prints from the children on the outside wall of the property. The property boasts a spacious and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that is well-equipped and beautifully designed with wood panelling on one wall and a fantastic skylight flooding the space with natural light creating the perfect place for friends and family to relax and socialise. Next to the living room are two stylish bedrooms with the main bedroom to the right benefitting from a super king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bed side tables and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, bed side tables and is conveniently located next to the family bathroom that boasts a shower bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Upstairs there is a wonderful mezzanine that has been made into a relaxing space with two swivel armchairs where you can chill out, listen to records, read a book, play a board game or do some yoga. Beyond here the space opens up into a twin room with two single beds with storage underneath.
