If you're looking for a bright, mood lifting cozy space, look no further! You've stumbled upon the Sunshine Getaway Suite located in American Fork. A studio apartment in the basement of a private home where you have every amenity you could need. The yard is yours to enjoy and is not a shared space with the primary home. This space features 1 main bed plus an air mattress and pack n play.
The Sunshine suite maximizes the use of each area within the space, filling each room with all essentials and thoughtful touches that will make you feel right at home. Just a few minutes away from the freeway, this central location offers quick access to all surrounding areas around Utah Valley or getting to and from Salt Lake City for arrivals and departures.
Entering into the suite you'll walk into a feel good space with happy yellow accent colors, lovely white cabinetry and paint, and natural light kissing the rooms from the open windows and sliding glass doors. You'll enjoy tasteful art pieces and hints of hand woven, boho feeling décor, blankets and plants. There is a plush queen sized bed with a mounted TV on the wall, and an adorable little table underneath it with stool seating for two. The kitchen is set with appliances and needed essentials for your stay. The suite has a full sized bathroom with tub and shower combo. Our guests have access to their own washer and dryer for use within a separate laundry room in the suite and free parking will be available.
We have a door code made accessible to you before your check in, so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. We are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises – no exceptions.
Pet Policy:
We love animals and *house-trained dogs are allowed to stay in this home with the added pet charges you'll find in the reservation process of $50 for 1 dog with a maximum of 2 dogs at $115. Our cleaners do take detailed note of the conditions and any damages done within the home after each guests departure. If there are any *damages, or accidents within the home due to pet visits, there will be an additional damage charge sent to the party responsible.
Failure to comply with the pet or smoking/drug policy will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
Note: You do not need to use any stairs to get into or around the home.
We would love to host you while you're in town and are happy to meet plausible requests or modifications you might need for your visit.
