Perfect for entertaining friends or spending quality time with family, this area is certainly the hub of the house.KITCHEN AND DINING AREALike the rest of the cottage, the kitchen and dining area has been refurbished to the highest standard. With sleek cabinets and ultra-modern appliances, it is a truly luxurious space. One end of the room features the oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and the other has a breakfast style dining area. The cottage also boasts a washing machine and dishwasher so you can fully embrace your self-catering stay. BEDROOM AND BATHROOMHead up the stairs to the first floor and you'll find two bedrooms and the bathroom. The first door on the hallway opens to the bathroom. This room has been decorated with patterned tiles and spotlights. It features a bath with overhead shower, and you can expect a clean and modern finish.The first bedroom is a relaxing oasis. The room has been styled with grey wooden bedside tables to match the double bed. There is an original wooden beaming running along the ceiling and traditional shutters at the window. The room is complete with a flat screen TV and dressing table.Next is the second bedroom. With the same clean and effortless style as the rest of the house, this room features a double bed with premium bedding and linens.The cottage is complemented externally by off-street parking and a seating area to enjoy the stunning views over Aysgarth Falls.Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.Guest Access:Guests have access to the full property. Aysgarth is an extremely popular Yorkshire Dales village with a wealth of local amenities. The property is also set behind St Andrews Medieval Church.The three stepped waterfalls at Aysgarth have been a tourist attraction for well over 200 years. Alongside the falls there are several easy paths winding through the woodland area, and in spring the wood is full of wood anemones and primroses. You may even be lucky enough to see roe deer darting away into the shadows.There is a National Park Centre, café and car park at Aysgarth Falls so it easy to visit. A top tip is to remember that the waterfalls are at their most dramatic after heavy rain.Getting Around:The nearest stations to Aysgarth are War Memorial and Palmer Flatt Hotel. here is a regular bus service between Leyburn and Hawes which provides access to the village of Aysgarth. The National Park Centre and Falls are a 10 minute walk away.Other Things to Note:We welcome one small, well behaved dog. We provide one bag of wood and one bag of kindling per stay which usually lasts 2 nights. Additional wood can be purchased from the village garage.Pets fees may occur.
