Please give our team a call to enquire about availability.The Space:Harvest Cottage has a stylish living room with a flat screen TV and two sofas making it the ideal place to unwind with your loved ones. Carpeted flooring and a neutral colour scheme make this a really cosy place to relax.Also sharing this space is the kitchen diner. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware. The dining area includes a dining table with matching benches.Outside there is a large communal yard area with outdoor furniture so you can relax and enjoy the fresh air during your stay. Whilst outdoors, admire the 300-year-old olive tree which is located in the centre of the courtyard.Upstairs on the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the second room is a twin. The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, as well as a WC and basin.Outside, the cottage has its own private patio which leads into the central Mediterranean-style courtyard and common areas. The central feature of the courtyard is a 200-year-old Olive tree set in a raised circular flower bed. Within the courtyard are designated private garden areas, with private patios surrounded by raised flower beds, each with an abundance of shrubs, seasonal flowers, and palms. Dusk till dawn automated exterior mood lighting to set the scene around the grounds.Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.Guest Access:Guests have access to the full property.
