A really cozy holiday home in a very good location in a small cottage area in northern Mellbystrand, with convenient distance to the fine sandy beach and Hökafältet's lovely exercise area and nature reserve. The plot is leafy, fenced and has several nice patios. The cottage has a kitchen with dining area. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. A living room with modern TV and chromecast and a wood burning stove. From here there is access to a comfortable glazed conservatory with a large dining table. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Right by the large private terrace there is a spacious guest cottage with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. The large terrace is protected from view and wind, where you can enjoy comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers and enjoy your barbecue evenings. There is also an outdoor shower, which is appreciated on hot summer days. In the adjoining storage room is a dryer. There are also four bicycles that are free for you to use. At a convenient distance is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and the Strandhotellet.
