This beautifully decorated historical retreat features five custom-designed bedrooms, so you can enjoy a unique and relaxing sanctuary at the end of the day. Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine, charging stations, memory foam mattresses, and a tower fan for your comfort.
You’ll find four bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom contains a plush king-sized bed with colorful accents and plenty of closet space to unpack all your belongings. Enjoy your favorite programs on the 43” Roku TV.
The second bedroom features a cushy queen-sized bed and 43” Roku TV. You’ll also find a closet with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and child safety items, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. The third bedroom on the second floor features modern details, a comfy queen-sized bed and closet with ample storage space for hanging clothes. The fourth bedroom features a twin bunk bed with memory foam mattresses, kids books, charging stations, white noise machine and tower fan.
Make your way up to the top floor where you’ll find the fifth bedroom. Boasting a queen-sized bed, a stylish dresser, window AC unit, tower fan , charging stations and white noise machine, you’ll have everything you’ll need for a comfortable and unforgettable experience.
Across from the fifth bedroom you’ll find the fun filled game room. Here you’ll find funky string lights accenting the script Ohio neon sign, 3-in-1 gaming table, Pac-Man arcade game, hammock chair, and bar stools to watch a game on the 32’’ Roku TV. If you need a little extra space to accommodate your group, there’s also a twin sofa bed in this room.
☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The immaculate bathrooms are ideal for getting ready before heading out to a game or event! Each of the two full bathrooms is stocked with a hairdryer, fresh towels (including makeup towels), and Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
On the first floor, you'll find a full bath featuring a shower/tub combination, offering the option of a relaxing soak or a quick rinse. The Columbus Blue Jackets art adds a touch of local sports pride to the room. An iron and board are also provided in this bathroom.
Upstairs on the second floor, there's a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a rain shower head, decorated with Columbus Crew art.
In the basement, you'll find a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean. Laundry soap, a vacuum, a broom, and a Swiffer are also available for your convenience.
☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
Create delectable meals in the stylish, fully-equipped kitchen. You'll have access to a wide assortment of cookware and dishware, ensuring you never run out of essential pots, pans, or cooking utensils. The chefs in your group will love the top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, smooth countertops, and elegant cabinetry.
Cleanup is simple with the dishwasher, and we've provided dishwashing pods for your convenience. Kickstart your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee from the complimentary coffee bar, featuring whole bean and ground coffee, as well as K-cups.
When it's time for a formal meal, head to the spacious dining area. Gather around the beautiful dining table, which seats up to 10-11 guests. Extra guests can dine at the console tables in the living room while enjoying a game on TV. If you're traveling with little ones, a high chair is available in the basement. For a touch of ambiance, play some tunes on the record player next to the dining table, which also has a Bluetooth function.

As you step through the front door, you'll be welcomed by industrial decor and the inviting living room just off the entryway. A felt checkerboard wall adds a playful touch—feel free to enjoy a game! This stylish space is perfect for gathering with your group and spending quality time together. Relax on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite movie or game on the 55'' Roku TV. When you're not watching movies, try out some of the provided games. The living room has plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy the game. If more room is needed, guests can stand by the console tables, using them to hold their drinks or food.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Enjoy the fresh air on the charming back patio and spacious yard. There are plenty of outdoor games, including cornhole, giant Connect-4 and ring toss, for your entertainment. When you want to relax, settle into one of the Adirondack chairs and warm up by the propane fire pit. The backyard also boasts a large dining table with ample seating for all guests, and a Blackstone griddle, perfect for game day grilling.
As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. This includes the private fully fenced backyard, the full kitchen, family items, dedicated workspace, and more. You can also enjoy easy access to the home using the Smart lock. Free parking is available in the rear of the property for 4-5 vehicles.
No streaming services are provided but please note that you can log in to the Roku TVs using your own account. Guest mode allows you to set the date of your check-out so it will log you out automatically!
There is no handicap access. There are steps to enter the front and back doors of the house.
Start-up quantities of amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Replenishment is up to the guest as they see fit
House Rules/avoidable fees:
•$750 avoidable fee for unauthorized parties or events
•No glitter or confetti allowed, $300 if found in property
•$500 avoidable fee for smoking inside
•$200 unauthorized late checkout
•Extra Person beyond the number of authorized guests reserved is subject to $75 per person per night fee. Persons on the premises past 10PM are subject to additional guest fees.
•Read and follow instructions on fire pit
•Turn off fire pit propane tank after each use
•Tape on the walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted.
Pet rules and avoidable fees:
* Dogs only, no other pets allowed. Requires approval prior to booking.
* Two dogs max with combined weight less than 100lbs
* Must be over 1 year old
* Prohibited per insurance: An animal or pet that is vicious or has previously bitten or injured, or if any occupant has a dog of the breed shown: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Any Wolf Hybrid, any mix of these breeds.
* Undisclosed pet fee $500 and grounds for reservation termination without refund depending on severity of situation.
* The pet basket is located on the second floor in the closet of the gold and black room. Here you will find bowls, sheets, blankets, waste bags and more. Please return all supplies here upon checkout.
* Remove all poop from the yard ($50 per pile if found on property upon checkout). Please use the provided bags and dispose of in trash can behind garage to avoid this fee.
* Crate dogs when owners are away.
* Leash and maintain control of dog when outside
* Please discourage dogs on any beds/furniture to help keep it nice for future guests. Cover furniture and bedding with the provided pet sheets and pet blankets. Please do not use human sheets/blankets for pets.
* $50 fee per bed/furniture if excessive pet hair found on it. This is what the cleaners charge me in such instances. Please use the provided dog sheets/blankets to avoid this.
* Please do not use solid white towels for pets. Instead, use dog towels located in pet basket.
* Do not enclose dog(s) alone in any room.
* Please be considerate and keep pet messes cleaned up, including fur accumulation, spillage from food & water bowls, drooling, dirty paws, etc.
* All dogs must be free of fleas and must be current on flea & tick treatment as well as shots.
•Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Wifi router, smartlocks, modem, decibel monitoring device, smoke detectors, and security cameras may not be unplugged at anytime. Decibel monitoring device is located in the dining room, front porch and back porch. It does not record anything, it only monitors noise decibel levels. This helps prevent parties from happening. Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door, back door and backyard area. The cameras and decibel monitoring devices are on 24/7. A temperature sensor is located on the top floor. It only monitors temperature.
