Welcome to your beach-inspired retreat in Sebastian! This spacious two-story home features:
Living Room: Open concept space with comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV, and stylish coastal decor. The perfect spot to gather with family and friends after a day at the beach.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. Includes refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware and utensils.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen with a large table that comfortably seats 8, perfect for family meals.
Game Room: The highlight of the home featuring a professional pool table, dart board, wall-mounted TV, and comfortable seating. Great for entertainment on rainy days or evening fun.
Master Bedroom: Spacious room with queen bed, premium linens, nightstands, reading lamps, dresser, and en-suite bathroom. Decorated in soothing beach tones.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with coastal-themed decor, dresser, and closet space.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, perfect for additional guests, with beach-themed decorations.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed with nautical decor, dresser, and ample storage.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with shower/tub combinations, clean towels, and essential toiletries.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer with complimentary starter detergent.

You get the whole main house to yourselves – all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and that awesome game room are all yours, privately.

Noise Honesty: We want you to have the best stay! Our home is conveniently located near a main road, which means you will hear street noise, sometimes including louder vehicles, especially at night. We've put noise machines in the bedrooms which help many guests, but if you're a very light sleeper seeking absolute silence, we might not be the perfect
match for you. We prefer happy guests with the right expectations!
Shared Spaces: Just another friendly reminder that the patio, grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower are shared with the studio guests (unless you book both units).
Pups Welcome: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! ($100 fee per dog, per stay applies). Please let us know if your furry friend is joining.
No Smoking Indoors: Please keep smoking outside the house.
Quiet Hours: Help us keep the peace from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Thanks!
