Access to a large patio where you can enjoy the sun and cool off in the shade under an awning. Here you'll find outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying pleasant dinners while overlooking the lovely natural garden with lawn and play equipment inviting you to play! The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and storage space in the wardrobe. In the other room, there's a family bunk bed where the lower bunk is wider (120 cm). In the living room, there's a sofa bed for two people, along with a TV screen with the option to stream from your own phone. Stylish bathroom with a lovely ceiling height also equipped with a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine. For those who wish to sleep separately from the others in the party, there's a guesthouse with two extra beds in a sofa bed. The guest cottage has no electricity and is partially insulated, but it provides an alternative sleeping arrangement for those who desire it! With fantastic proximity to the sea and the lake, you can start your day here with a swim from the bathing ladder just a few minutes away on the footbridge. Via this footbridge, you can also reach Norra Tynningö on a short walk where you can take the boat to Vaxholm, which flourishes during the summer! There, you can enjoy good food in the harbor, stroll through the alleys among beautiful houses and gardens, cafes, and shops.
