Welcome to this newly renovated (2022), fresh and centrally located apartment with its own entrance, which is part of a villa. Quiet location and in a perfect location for those who want to live near salty baths and the center of Kungshamn. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and Kungshamn's entire range of events, as well as to several baths, docks and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs. There is also a ramp for the disabled at Tågen's swimming pool. Feel free to take a trip down among the boathouses, perhaps a fishing boat has come ashore with today's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to gather on the apartment's patio and perhaps enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as freshly caught prawns, crayfish, or a well-stuffed crab.
