Perched up the slopes of Bretton Woods, with a ski trail running right next to the house, this stunning luxury townhome is sure to welcome you into vacation mode. Get your boots on, and ski right out the door! Soak in the views of Mt Washington while relaxing by the stone fireplace, or enjoy some downtime playing pool, ping pong, board games. Spend your vacation time relaxing in true comfort. Awe at the sight of Mount Washington standing tall right across from you. The home is a true ski-in ski-out; the condo access trail runs right next to the house. The garage is a great convenience on those snowy days!
As you walk in, the home will welcome you with a large mudroom - perfect for leaving your ski gear. From there, you will have access to the heated garage, and the main living space, which features a lovely open concept kitchen/dining/living room, with a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace (wood available for purchase/delivery) and large dining table. But that's not the only living space... there is an additional living room/sunroom, and downstairs you will find an additional living room with ping pong and TV area, accented by a convenient gas beautiful fireplace. But that's not all! With 5 bedrooms, there is tons of sleeping space. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, and 2 have a shared bath. In addition, the master suite includes a relaxing soaking tub.

- Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the second floor and features a King bed and attached full bath shower/tub combo: Sleeps 2.
- Guest Bedroom #3: Located on the lower level and features 2 Queen beds and a shared full bath with shower/tub combo: Sleeps 4.
- Guest Bedroom #4: Located on the lower level and features a Queen bed and Twin/Twin bunk bed and shared full bath with shower/tub combo: Sleeps 4.
- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
- Pool & gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.
Kitchen: Fully stocked luxury kitchen features drip coffee maker, granite countertops and double oven. Island breakfast bar seats 4. Half bathroom, and large laundry room attached.
Living/Dining Area: Open concept area with large dining table that seats 10 and comfortable furniture surround the beautiful stone fireplace, and overlook views of the Mt. Washington, and access to deck. Additional living/sunroom attached with an additional TV.
Lower Level: Extra living/game room which features ping pong table, an additional fireplace and TV. Great for children.
Outdoor Area: Attached Garage. Located slope side of Bretton Woods Resort for ski-in ski-out access.
Extra Features: High speed wi-fi, cable TV, Washer/Dryer and linens/towels provided.
This home is has been equipped with two portable Air Conditioning units in two of the three upstairs bedrooms as well as a dehumidifier on the lower level.
*Parking Limitations*****: Only 2 vehicles may be parked at the unit. Two vehicles in driveway, or 1 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Additional vehicles must park at overflow area located adjacent to the old rec center on the left at the bottom of Crawford Ridge Road. $100 fine per additional vehicle parked. This is in accordance with condo association policy.*

- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
