Along with Hostē’s detailed and rigorous standard cleaning practices we’ve added more steps to ensure that high volume surfaces get extra cleaning with antibacterial products. Along with washing their hands before entering, and upon entering the home our team members ALWAYS wear gloves when in the homes and if anyone is showing signs of being unwell, we’ve asked them not to come to work. We also have all our linens and towels professionally laundered where they are sanitized and then wrapped before being transported to the home. We are paying close attention to recommendations put forth by the CDC and implementing additional precautions as they are recommended if necessary. We know that this is a scary time for everyone, and we want you to know that we are here for you. The Space: Park on the street and enter through the front door of this multi-unit building. There are other short-term visitors here, but this unit is completely private and independent. Using your private code on the electronic keypad, you'll enter into a bright, warm, modern and inviting space. The layout of this unit is simple—with everything you need and nothing you don't. There's a bit of a mid-century modern flare to the décor—just enough to engage, not enough to put-off. The living room is perfectly relaxing and features a comfortable sofa, the kitchen is fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. Everything has been recently renovated and there's a sense of quality throughout. Stainless steel appliances, quality surfaces, inviting furnishings—perfect. The single bedroom features a quality queen bed with great linens—everything professionally laundered and cleaned. Attention to detail is our specialty, and this clean, modern unit stays sharp. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and subway tile. There is a twin roll-out bed stored in the closet. There's also a full laundry for guest use just down the hall … though this is shared by all of the building's four units. Renovated with the short-term guest in mind, this modern, urban apartment is located right where it needs to be and offers exactly what you want. Cheers! Guest Access: This is an apartment has a shared entryway. Your unit will be completely private to you. The Neighborhood: Located just south of Downtown, this neighborhood presents established homes, many from the turn of the 20th century, in the process of transition. Some parts are gorgeous, others are rougher around the edges, but what is UNEQUIVOCAL is the energy of this neighborhood. Some of the finest, trendiest dining establishments in Colorado Springs are just a block or two away. Be sure to check out Shuga's for a wholly authentic, bohemian-chic. Streetcar 520, Dos Santos, Coquettes are all award-winning restaurants. There are cafes (The Exchange), breweries (Gold Camp Brewing Company), old-school-cool Italian places (Luigis) and plenty of additional opportunities if you're willing to walk 4 or 5 blocks, instead of 2! Other Things to Note: ATTENTION: - No pets allowed - we are sorry!; - No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you! * Laundry is in hallway in a shared space. * White Honeywell Thermostat=BAD Baseboard heating is a backup only. It's very inefficient and dry heat. Please leave at 55 degrees. * The Heat/AC temperature is controlled off of the Mini Split on the living room wall. USE THE REMOTE + WALL UNIT Additional Fees (Price is included with Airbnb reservations): Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: - Instead of charging a security deposit, Hoste charges a non-refundable $19 damage waiver fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.
