Guests driving to Kansas City can park on the street in front of the residence, while those flying in can easily reach the property by taxi, Uber, Lyft, or their preferred ride-sharing service.
Once you arrive, there are several convenient transportation options available, including bird scooters, the KC streetcar, RideKC, Uber, Lyft, RideKC bikes, and more.
Please note that street parking is available, and you may need to park a short distance from the house due to other parked cars. Detailed parking instructions will be provided upon booking.
The backyard is fenced, but there is currently a small hole. If you have pets with you, please ensure they are on a leash when outside to prevent them from running away.
The front bedroom is slightly tight, but you can adjust the bed to facilitate opening and closing the door. Please return it to its original position afterward.
A fire pit is provided in the backyard, but guests must bring their own firewood.
The home is set up to accommodate 6 guests, but with prior agreement, additional guests can be accommodated using the air mattress and couch. An extra fee applies for any guests beyond 6.
Please note that parties are strictly prohibited.
Smoking inside the property is not allowed, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 charge.
In case of any breakages, please notify me immediately.
