From single to couple, the Däschinger Goldener Mond holiday home offers the right space.
In 2020 we converted the former house in Mastershausen into a fully equipped holiday home. The foundations were laid with new windows and energy-efficient external insulation, and an intelligent room layout allows flexible numbers of people.
A separate bedroom can be added to both the upper and lower residential units. The expansion of the attic has created additional living space that can be used as a bedroom for larger groups.
QUIET LOCATION IN THE GREEN
The house, with a beautifully landscaped garden, is in a quiet location in the middle of the naturally grown town of Mastershausen in the Rhein-Hunsrück district in Rhineland-Palatinate.
THE GOLDEN MOON
KITCHEN
Small but nice!
The kitchen in the golden moon is small and compact. With the help of an interior designer, we have managed to integrate everything important into the kitchen in the smallest of spaces.
Equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and sandwich maker, nothing stands in the way of a leisurely breakfast.
The kitchen also has everything ready for lunch: a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and stove are integrated into the kitchen. Pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, crockery and cutlery, crockery and towels, and washing up are provided by us. But if you don't want to do the dishes, you can use the dishwasher.
For a delicious cake table in the afternoon, we have a waffle iron and a pancake baker with included recipes.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM

There is nothing better than having breakfast barefoot at the dining table on a sunny morning. The table also offers enough space for a sociable game evening. For background music, you can connect your mobile phone to the "soundbar above" via Bluetooth and play your favorite songs.
For a relaxed evening at the cinema, we have installed a 65-inch Samsung 4K screen in the living and dining area, which is connected to the Internet via WiFi. Here you can watch TV via various streaming services just like at home. If a streaming service is not installed, you can of course download it. For e.g. the daily news there is also satellite TV with the usual channels.
For even better sound, you can pair the soundbar with the television.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOG OUT AGAIN!
If you fancy a game night, you will find some board and card games in the cupboard under the TV for a game night in small or large groups.
THE SMALL BATHROOM
The bathroom is small but oho.
We provide towels and bath towels for you and your guests. Soap from the Sagrotan soap dispenser and Sagrotan hand disinfectant gel for the hands are available in the bathroom. You can also find a hair dryer in the bathroom.

BEDROOM GOLDEN MOON
The box spring bed invites you to a quiet night. The roller shutters are electrically controlled, you can find the switch for this by the light switch. Don't be surprised if the roller shutters go up and down automatically, they have a sun sensor that lets the roller shutters down so that it doesn't get too warm inside.
A safe is integrated in the closet, where even a laptop can be safely locked away. You can choose and set the combination yourself.
THE ATTIC
In the attic you will find 4 single beds that you can put together as you wish.

When you step out the front door, you are already taking the first step into nature. I completely renewed the energy of my parents' house 5 years ago. Then the garden was professionally and newly laid out by a nursery. At that time I attached great importance to having something blooming in the garden all year round. It is important to me that insects and bees find food and refuge in our garden all year round. That's why I installed an insect hotel on the garden shed this summer.
