It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 200 m² garden and terrace. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).

- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed and two single beds.

Outside area :
- A 200 m² garden with one part private and the other to be shared with the other gîtes.
- A north-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying the sun in the evening.
