MUST HAVE A 4x4 VEHICLE
Wander along the private beach, or ride a friendly horse at sunset. Watch the wild horses and foals cavort on miles of deserted beaches and rolling dunes. Sailing buffs, kayak paddlers, and power boaters can explore numerous deserted islands, dunes, and bluffs.
You just can't find this anywhere else!
You could pay $15,000 per week on Nantucket for just this Private Beach House view. But they don't have the wild and domestic horses or privacy or endless nearby uninhabited islands. Our nature experience is priceless, year-round, and not available on Nantucket.
This nature preserve is for Nature Lovers ONLY! If you are a boater, hiker, fisherman, camper, beachcomber or bird watcher, you will love Cedar Island. If you want restaurants, bars, shops, and nightlife, this is not for you. We offer serenity.
Access
The next to last house on the beach, and the only roundhouse on the island.
This is truly a Beach House. If you have a 4×4 and sand driving experience, you are all set. All-wheel drive cars are not 4x4's and do not drive well on sand. A road to the house is under construction and should be completed soon, but for now, all vehicles must be 4x4's to drive down the road or beach to get to the house.

This luxury beach house in the round has soaring cathedral ceilings, a pagoda-style roofline, plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a queen pull-out sofa in the huge living room.
Every creature comfort is provided:

- Jacuzzi tub in Master Bathroom / Shower in Guest Bathroom
- Gourmet kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and icemaker

Watch from the wraparound front deck, or the panoramic picture windows, as the sun rises over the beach and ocean.
Sunset and cocktails are served on the back deck, with miles of unspoiled, rambling private dunes in the foreground and East Bay on the horizon. The location is so surreal you will think you are in the Hollywood backdrop of a dreamy movie!
