Constructed in 1919, the elegant Villa Rossi is the best place to spend a relaxing vacation. Renovated in 2009, it boasts spacious rooms, large windows, and even a game room – all the things you need to make your vacation a memorable one!
There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms (plus 3 more WC’s), along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Dive into the swimming pool (6m x 13m, min depth 0,30m/ max depth 2,3m) or relax in the Jacuzzi to escape the heat. You can also have a BBQ and enjoy summer to its fullest. In winters, you can make yourself a cup of hot cocoa and relax in front of the fireplace, relishing in the stories told by your friends and family.
The games room is situated on the ground floor and has fun indoor activities like ping pong and foosball. There is also a double bedroom, along with a WC. As you ascend to the first floor, you will find yourself in the living room. The first floor has four double bedrooms, two with double beds and the others with 3 x single beds each. There are two living rooms each with sofa beds. This floor also two full bathrooms. The bed sizes are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for the double bed.
The third floor attic has a full bathroom and 9 single beds so the kids can enjoy greatest sleepover ever!
Additional single beds can be added in the spacious double bedrooms for a supplemental charge and a grand total of 27 sleeping places.

The property is located in the province of Lérida and is just a short drive from local businesses and attractions including a supermarket, restaurants, shops, and a bakery, which are all 10km away in the town of Sant Ramon. The nearest train station is just 10m away from the villa. Drive to the beautiful town ofLérida and enjoy the traditions (50km) or venture on a day trip to the exciting city of Salou, approximately one hour.

Cleaning Policy Update:
1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training incleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits.
2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above.
3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins.
4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay.
5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied .
6) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason.
8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice.
9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
